How to set up
We load your members for you
- Day 0-1You send your member list (register photos or an Excel file).
- Day 2We load your members and match the count with yours.
- Day 3Handover call: your login and your trainer's login.
- Day 3-12Keep your paper register alongside; we check in on day 3 and day 7.
- Day 13-15We review it together and you decide.

- Sign in with the login we give you.
Your phone may show a warning for apps installed outside the Play Store. We will guide you on the demo call.

Cost and your data
What does it cost?
Nothing for the first 15 days. You use the full app, and we set up your members for you at no charge. After 15 days you decide whether to continue, and you will know the price before you pay anything. If you stop, you owe nothing.
What happens to my members' information?
- We ask for your OK in writing before we touch your member list.
- We use it only to set up your gym in GymPing.
- The photos and files you send are deleted once your members are loaded.
- You can export your data whenever you want.
- If you stop after the trial, we delete your gym's data.
